Shipping & Delivery

01. When will my order arrive?

Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the greater demand and capacity limitations currently being experienced by our shipping partners.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch.

*Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80AUD.*

02. What if I need my garment sooner?

Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the greater demand and capacity limitations currently being experienced by our shipping partners.

We offer an Express Shipping option for $12.50, which ensures 2-3 day delivery for orders made before 10:00am.

*For some rural areas, deliveries with Overnight Shipping may take an additional 2 days.

03. How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order. To track your order click here for Sendle or here for Australia Post.

04. What if my order doesn’t reach me?

If you suspect that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can help locate your parcel.

05. Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases, we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply email us with your new delivery address so that we can assist you.  Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.

06. Does O2FIT ship internationally?

International shipping is not available from our website, we are working on this at the moment.

07. Returns

If you are not happy with your item or you need to try a different size we will exchange or refund your purchase for free within 90 days of your purchase. Send an email to sales@o2fit.com.au to process your swap or refund.

Exchange returns we will send your new size and include a return-paid post bag for you to return the original item. This means you pay nothing for exchanging an item for a different size.

Returns must be posted back within 90 days of online purchase date. We strongly recommend sending your returns via express or registered post, for tracking purposes. If we are unable to accommodate your exchange a refund will be provided onto your original method of payment.
